CWL Engineering Ltd. has quickly grown to become a trusted company within the dust and fume extraction industry. With over 20 years combined experience in the sector, we can offer turnkey waste handling and extraction solutions, all the way from initial site survey and design through to installation and commission.

CWL also has highly skilled in-house mild steel fabrication facilities, meaning we can also offer additional extras and ancillaries to your LEV systems such as access platforms, custom bracketry and much more. We also offer stand alone mild steel fabrication projects so can help your business in many ways!

Services Offered
Engineering Design & Project Management
​
CWL has a design/projects engineering team that will correspond with you as the customer through the project. They will be the first face that visits site, completing a site survey, where they will then complete a full AutoCAD design to submit an accurate quotation. We believe by having a single engineer spearhead each project from quotation to completion leads to the best experience for the customer, and avoids miscommunication by having a single point of contact.
Site Installation

Our highly skilled installation team will be on site to complete all mechanical and structural installation. As standard a SSSTS qualified site manager will be on site to take control of our team, and upon request full CDM site management regulations can be implemented. CWL Engineering can assist and arrange with all crane and lifting operations, as well as all MEWP access requirements, for a stress-free experience for the customer.
Electrical Controls and Site Wiring

Our site electricians can build custom control panels, specific to your system, with either simple push button controls or a more user friendly HMI touchscreen user interface. They will then complete on-site wiring installation from the panel to our equipment.
Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance
​
Our BOHS P601 qualified service team are on hand to complete project commissioning upon completion of install, but are then on hand as a point of contact for any on-going annual testing, servicing and maintenance. CWL pride ourselves on being available for our customers both during and after installation.
